Insomnia For Patients

Insomnia For Patients: Insomnia can be devastating leading to poor energy during the day, trouble staying awake and focused during the day, and many hours spent in bed not sleeping.

If you are taking a prescription medicine this may be the cause of insomnia and your doctor needs to address this. Self treatment of chronic insomnia with alcohol, antihistamines, 5-HTP, and melatonin does nothing to address the cause of insomnia, "neurotransmitters (serotonin and norepinephrine) that are not high enough to allow for good sleep. the NeuroResearch approach not only gets insomnia out of your life it gets all the things caused by serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine dysfunction under control, these are the "master neurotransmitters" of the brain and body that control and regulate (directly and indirectly) virtually every function in the body.

When the formal prescribing information of prescription drugs is reviewed along with known information on non-prescription drugs the list of prescription and non-prescription drugs that can cause sleep disturbances and insomnia is huge. Below is a partial of drugs known to induce sleep disturbances and insomnia. The treatment for drug induced sleep disturbance and/or insomnia is to stop the drug.

The NeuroResearch Clinics Approach to Insomnia For Patients

Its no secret, NeuroResearch Clinics uses the nutrients 5-HTP, tyrosine, levodopa, and cysteine to treat medical patients in order to get the results documented by our doctors, Proper use these simple ingredients in medical treatment is not simple. From time to time a patient will say, "Why do I want to take that, I can go to a health food store and buy it?" People off the street buying in a health food store is like going to an art store and buying a bunch of oil paints then going home and expecting to paint like a mater artist even though there was no previous painting experience. Having been in medicine since 1972 I can firmly state that use of 5-HTP, tyrosine, levodopa, and cysteine, in medical clinics, with urinary neurotransmitter testing is some of the most sophisticated medical treatment in medicine. These nutrients have tremendous potential due to their chemical properties. The potential is only fully realized in the hands of the trained professional. Treatment is not just giving a nutrient pill, it is the whole medical approach doctors are trained in to manage the disease properly and make sure that that the whole treatment plan is on track to get symptoms under control.
